Unfortunately, the room has a strange odor and there was no blow dryer available for use. There were several bugs and spiders (no roaches). And there were some odd stains on the walls, what looked like blood. There was no security lock on our door and that was unnerving. They also made an additional charge on my card of $10 for using a third party. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Excellent conditions, very clean, easy to locate accommodating staff, indoor poolnwas nice but hot tub didnt heat, and the TV had annoying internet pop up while trying to watch programming other than that still a very Excellent place to stay

The room 114 close to the exit door. The exit door very loud and could here it all night. The room was very small. This is wyndham rewards connection. But not listed as this on line. Missed putvon rwards discount.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado y es perfecto en temas de movilidad para ir a los lugares turísticos de alrededor. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, todos muy amables y dispuestos a ayuda. La única queja es que en la habitación había un olor (como a vómito) que si fue desagradable. Cómo nos quedamos solo una noche no pusimos la queja, pero la limpieza es una recomendación a mejorar. La piscina estaba a muy buena temperatura, perfecta para relajarse al final del día. Lo único es que el jacuzzi olía mucho a cloro. En general buena atención y es una hotel conveniente, solo deden mejorar esos puntos.

La habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos,pero no no la limpiaron al día siguiente, en el desayuno estaba una empleada muy mala carienta estaba nada más observando que te comías, su apariencia física era como oriental de estatura baja.

La habitación muy limpia, todo el personal, manager, limpieza, cocina, etc. muy atentos y serviciales. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es muy tranquila, regresaría de nuevo.
