Staff watched me walk right by going towards my room and they could have at least said something about the power being out and that our room key would not work. Creepy hallways in the dark. We had to walk back up front and request access into our room. I did not feel safe. "

"Once we tried Express Inn, it is the only place we stay in Parsons. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help. If you have any issue, please talk with them - they will do their best to help - if you are unfamiliar with TV, if you have a problem operating shower, etc. Very clean, comfortable. Highly recommend."
