「It was just what we needed」

「I was so impressed with this place. I gave it five stars because it was clean, the staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I absolutely loved that they had water dispensers by the ice machines and also in the lobby. This hotel is not meant to compete with high end places like the Waldorf, but for the money it was excellent. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. 「We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours.
