"This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M"

"Overall, the property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a decent location and easy to get around. The train across the street was a tad noisy but not too bad. There is a lot of flight traffic directly overhead and planes are arriving approximately every 5 minutes. If you are a light sleeper, this may effect your sleep."

"This is a gorgeous property with all the character you’d expect from a historic home, but also exceptionally clean. Our stay got off to a bumpy start when we realized there was no hot water, and it was too late for someone to come out. However, the property manager had the entire hot water heater replaced by lunchtime the next day and we received a credit for the inconvenience. "Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to...

"This rental is so nice. The kitchen was well equipped and it is a very spacious home! The back yard is very nice and has a basketball goal (so bring a ball of your kids like to play! The beds were very comfortable. Location was great for us! We had a party of 9 and had plenty room! We will definitely be back."

"Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault."

Beautifully appointed and the huge back yard is so nice to relax with a cup of coffee glass of wine. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely! Great to walk our pup around. "Loved our stay! Few issues, but overall our stay was comfortable and loved the place provided dishes because i dod cook fir my husband. The bed was comfortable and we loved it came netflix and cable ready. I think you can get a bigger ironing board, that very tiny board was a bit hard work to iron grown folks clothes. More for ironing kid clothes. However, we were very pleased and satisfied. The building is under renovation but still easy to move around. And the lobby building smelled really...
