「We just came back from McAllen, Texas. We stayed at the Best Western and will be back to stay. The staff, housekeepers, groundskeeper. They were all wonderful. If you needed something they got it for you! Everything was excellent. The rooms stayed cool. We honestly have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. I would recommend this place to anyone. 」

「The hotel is basic but it is clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. That is really all I am looking for in a hotel. They do have a pool, exercise room, and laundry - I did not use any of that but it is available. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. One was not but you find that one bad apple in every group. I would stay there again and recommend it to those visiting Lackland AFB. 」
