「Property was nice. The area is not the greatest but the house was nice. Had a gated entry, nice for security purposes since we had a rental. Slight issue with tv not working, owner refunded $50. Our last night it was raining. Water started going thru windows in both bedrooms so that was an inconvenience. Owner initiated another $50 refund, which I agreed since it was our last night. However, that credit has not made it to my credit card. I reached out to Vrbo and owner with no reslution. Owner...

「The apartment was spotless, comfortable, quiet and was equipped with everything you may need. Nicely decorated. The enclosed yard was an added nicety. Very convenient to any activities in Rockport/Fulton, no more than a 4-7 minute drive. The owner is very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again.」

「Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day...

「Communication with Stephanie and Joe was unmatched, they got back to me immediately. We attended a concert at the Alamodome, and didn't have to deal with the chaos of traffic and ubers, we could walk there and got some dinner on the way. Definitely a great place to stay to explore San Antonio.」

「The carriage house was just what we need for our visit. The bed was comfortable, internet worked great and easy parking. Shirley recommended some local restaurants and we had a chance to check out La Fonda. This is a local gem! We even headed back for dessert in another night. So great to have a restaurant so close and so delicious nearby. This place was the perfect location for us, close to downtown and also the highways. 「We enjoyed the apartment and were happy there was a washer/ dryer. Love the location central to everything yet not right in the city or at AF base. Interesting neighborhood it seemed artsy. The house has very nice decorations and was an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. I loved the home feeling」
