It was fine—quiet for a casino but we really needed just a ½ hr late checkout and they not only wouldn’t do it ( which I have NEVER encountered) but were so rude about it. Also when we needed to extend our stay (our granddaughter was a little overdue) they didn’t really make an effort to find another room for us. We ended up checking out and moving to the Marriott old town which was lovely. But everyone at the front desk was friendly other than that

The staff was very nice. The rooms were beautiful. The pool was not in use at the time, but I would have liked to check it out. Overall my stay was great and close to so many places downtown.

We recently stayed at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in a remodeled room and had a mostly wonderful experience.
Pros:
• Centrally located, making it easy to explore the area.
• The grounds were clean and well-maintained.
• Rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for families.
• The pools were great, our kids loved them, and the resort felt very family-friendly.
• Staff interactions were consistently friendly and welcoming. They even drove us to our room with our bags in a golf cart when we arrived.
Cons:
• Poolside drinks were more expensive than at the indoor bar.
• Pool wait staff seemed understaffed, leading to longer waits for drinks.
• While the rooms were spacious overall, the bathroom was on the smaller side; the toilet/shower area barely allowed the door to close.
• Some construction was still ongoing, but it didn’t detract from the overall grounds or experience.
Overall, we’d happily return once the remodel is finished. A great family-friendly option with attentive staff, a clean property, and a prime location.

We staycation here all the time. The rooms are so cool. The people are friendly. They charge for parking now and we got a $200 boot because we didn’t realize it. (We got there after midnight and were really tired) so be careful of that. Paying over $300 for the room and getting a boot was frustrating ...
