"The clerk at check in tried to tell me my credit card wasn’t accepted there even though it was issued by a nationwide bank. She pointed to a sign that said they do not accept cards from pay apps like Venmo and I tried to explain to her that my card was not from any of those. Also the gave us a room right near the front of the hotel and by the pool so it was noisy all hours of the evening and morning. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided (only soap)."

"The pool had a used bandaid on the deck the entire 3 days I was there. The bathtub was rusty. Place was really run down. The breakfast was good though."

"Checked out of hotel the same night we checked in as it was terribly dirty and a spider was hanging from the ceiling when i walked into the bathroom. Light switch did not work. I am thankful for the hotel employee that was able to provide a refund. "

"Staff was helpful and welcoming, got room 122. Double bed and cute bathroom that was just enough room. This room is adjacent to the pool, so there will be noise for future reference. I didn't mind since the pool closes at 10, I got back later than that. I believe it opens back up at 9 or 10 am.."
