We like the location staff is great especially Jayme at the front desk. We did loss power twice. There was a humming of and on in our room and the hot tub was not hot at all. Over all I would recommend staying here and we will stay again.

My check in was very seamless, however the room not so great. My white towels were dirty, sheets dingy not all of the lights worked. It is VERY sketchy at night here. A lot of homeless people in the area. I would not stay here again

The cleaning of the room is really bad. They charge you a $150 deposit for any damage or in case you smoke inside the room and enter the room and the first thing you get is a musty smell and very strong cigarette

The hotel double charged a deposit on the second booking of my stay. The staff then lied to the expedia rep and said there was only one charge when they reached out. In total, there were 3 charges of deposit to my account at a single time. I did not book again once this occurred.
