The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall

Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Near everything and very nice staff

The property was in a nice, quiet location and had all the amenities you could need (dishwasher, washer, hairdryer, etc.), but the wifi stopped working midway through the stay. The Royal Mile, and Princes street were all very walkable from the property. If you choose this property, make sure you go to the white door, not the brown door that was shown in the check in instructions.
