We really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was great and the building/area was quiet and relaxed compared to busier parts of the island. The beach gear provided was also made trips to the beach easy!

Great Little Weekend Getaway

Everything was wonderful- clear communication on check-in process and parking, wonderful view of the beach, surprisingly comfortable bed and very clean place. Would def stay here again in the future. You can’t beat that view and location near the beach!

Fantastic

It was home away from home! Everything anyone would need is there. Steps away from the beach and every morning sunrise was flabbergasting. Nice place to stay for a good restful time.

AMAZING

This condo was beautiful! Its steps from the beach, the free island shuttle goes right past multiple times per day and centrally located on the island! There is a store, bar, golf cart rental & restaurant within 2 blocks! We loved it and will be back!

Florence SPI

Great location on beach, within walking distance to bar/restaurants and easy drive to turtle habitat, bird watch sanctuary and alligator rescue facility...all very interesting and educational. Interesting area of the state. Lodging at the Florence was very clean, Quiet and a great price.

SPI stay

This place is well appointed and clean. We love the beach location, spot on as advertised. The only knock we have is regarding the hideaway sofa (very uncomfortable to use as a couch) and the king size bed (no support in the middle). No sure if we will return to SPI, but if we do we would definitely stay here with these two furniture changes.

Great location and clean

Overall everything was easy, simple, clean and a great location. Parking was great. Only recommendation my best friend and I have is to have some amenities available especially ground coffee, sugar, powdered creamer. It's a great place and we would definitely go back!

SPI-Family Vacay

Laura and Judy have a wonderful condo. It was clean, welcoming, and SO MUCH FUN. The location was great and the amenities made our family vacation comfortable. When the parking became a challenge due to the holiday, Laura quickly got us a parking permit for our golf cart. Thank you!

Everything was just as the listing.

Condo very clean, entry was great with electronic lock, payment process easy. Clise to great restaurants. Beyond that, the HOA maintains the building every day. We plan to come again.

Winter getaway

Great condo, exactly as described. Very clean and equipped with all the necessities for comfortable stay. Quick and easy communication with property owners. The view from the balcony is amazing, it is so nice to wake up to this gorgeous sunrise over the Gulf. Easy access to the beach and nearby coffee shops, if you are coffee lovers like us. Highly recommend!

Condo 607 is the best - I want to go back

Florence Condo #607 was superb. I already want to book next year. Location was the best. Kitchen had everything I needed. Updated condo. Beds all firm and seemed new. I did not open the sofa bed so I can not comment on that.Only thing: there is paint peeling from the ceilings of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would definitely stay in Condo 607 again.

It was a nice condo in a great location, directly on the beach. My only criticism was the dim lighting in the living area. It was very dark in the evening and difficult to read. Also, there is no dishwasher.

Good location

The apartment is located in a good spot on the SPI and has everything one may need for a comfortable stay except a comfortable bed. The king size mattress is lumpy with a hole in the middle of it, which results in occupants rolling into it; the topper that was put on the mattress does not help and just makes it worse. The inability to get a good nights rest contributed to our decision to cut our stay short and depart a day early.

Great View

The condo has million dollar views, it is clean and well appointed. Cons - water was out for 2 1/2 days - owners offered no alternative for toilet usage - had to bring water up from pool to be able to flush toilet. Sofa bed was a joke, would have to put mattress on floor to be able to use. Charged 90 for cleaning - but I was required to take out trash and and hand wash dishes(no dishwasher) or be charged additional fees

Cute Condo

Pros: This condo is in a great location. Quiet area. Easy parking (inside under building, in front of building or two over flow lots). Elevator was nice. Carts to take your items (luggage) to and from your room. We loved relaxing on the balcony, facing the beach and watching the sun rise. Kitchen has new appliances and I loved the electric range! Boils water quickly!! Cons: Issue with running toilet and bathroom outlet was not working which I report to owners so they are aware of it. Just our opinion: The bed is too soft and the couch was terribly uncomfortable. I used one of their side chairs instead. With that being said we loved our stay and will be back!

Nice gulf view in cozy condo with tradeoffs

We mostly enjoyed 4 nights in this 4th floor gulf view condo. Staying on the beach was great. Sunrises are amazing. It was clean with nicely stocked kitchen in a quieter part of town. Bed was comfy. Pool was very refreshing and a nice alternative to beach. Most of this condo has been updated, however, the bathroom needs a major redo. Shower had annoyingly low water pressure and the temp changed randomly. Toilet would keep running about half the time and required taking lid off tank to adjust and make it stop. Vanity height was strangely low. WiFi network in the condo did not work when we arrived. We were eventually given an alternate source for WiFi that was very slow and could not be accessed in most of the condo. Also be aware this is an older building without air conditioning in the public areas. Not a deal breaker, but it gets very hot especially in the elevator. Lastly, we are used to staying at properties that have a more responsive management team. Several email inquiries sent to condo ladies after we booked regarding their contract (cancellation policy differed from what was in VRBO listing) were never answered taking away from a more positive experience. The price per night is good as long as you know ahead of time there will be tradeoffs.
