Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5108A is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.

Great location & accomodations!

Loved this rental - we shared it amongst 2 families... it's spacious, clean, and the location is top-notch. Our only criticism is that we felt the kitchen could have been stock better with cooking pots/pans.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

The property does what we need as a family. However as I have told everyone at SPI RENTALS AND EVERYONE I see the rental rate is absurdly unreasonably high. It is a ninety (90%) increase over the same rental, same 4th of July period as last year. Compound that with the absurdly unreasonable taxing authority rates and you have an untenable ongoing rental property.

Wouldn't take much to make a 5 star

Can't beat the location at the north end of the city along the gulf side, right on the beach. It is close to the Wanna-wanna bar and restaurant although there is an empty lot (probably not for long) and 2 similar properties between this one and the bar. We were here in the early fall after the summer crowds so the beach was way less crowded. The property was set up well for a multifamily visit with effectively 2 master BRs upstairs and one downstairs. There are 2 additional BRs upstairs (5 total) and even a set of bunk beds in the hallway upstairs (sounds odd but it would be fine for kids). Large downstairs living area with kitchen and opens onto patio with nice small pool and a spa. Very nice to have a wood deck and walkway down to the beach and a shower to rinse off after the beach. A few issues that could be fixed easily. There was no information folder or welcome packet to explain how to work the TVs or give general information about the property. The internet connection was very slow despite being reset and having someone come out to look at it. There was broken glass on the patio that hadn't been swept up but the management company sent someone over when we called. There are very limited amenities such as no kleenex and no coffee filters (although I left about 150 of them so you should be good now). No wine or margarita glasses (not even the plastic ones). Also no shade or reflective cover on the upstairs bath/shower that looks out over the beach so you might be putting on a show and not know it. Overall, this is a new property (probably less than a year old) so it is in very good shape but needs a little more attention to detail to be a great place.

The process of booking, check in & checkout was easy. Staff were friendly & helpful. The house was lovely-nicely decorated, very nice amenities. I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Amazing

The house was a beautiful getaway!! Thanks for providing a wonderful vacation for our friend reunion. The view and location was amazing, the house was so comfortable and well laid out. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to wind down at night. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Property but had a Couple of Issues

The property itself was great. On the beach, perfect location, nice back deck, and so close to the beach bar. Lots of stuff to walk to. Very minimal amenities were provided. Prepare to go shopping when you get there. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Sand all over the bottom and found a shoe in the drain. All this would have been ok however there was a storm. The bottom level and top master bedroom flooded and all they did was give us extra towels to mop up the floors which made the place look disgusting and dirty. Also, the wind blew off a gutter which fell on the back patio and we had to call because it left another part of the roof loose and shaking in the wind so it was no longer safe to use the back patio, pool/hottub.

Nice house & view

The house is Beautiful! The view is amazing & the pool & hot tub are great. However, When we arrived the Master hurricane shutter was closed to the balcony & would not open. We were unable to use the balcony for 2 days until it was fixed. That was a little disappointing & something we thought should have been noticed before we checked in.

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.

We saw all the comments were excellent but that the last review said the house needed some appliance attention. While we were there they installed a brand new Viking microwave and refrigerator. The living room was also freshly painted. The house is great.

5108A Gulf Blvd Ocean Front

The condo is lovely and is conveniently located. The bedrooms are attractive and the beds are comfortable. It is very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom. On the downside, the sofas are broken down and uncomfortable as are some dining room chairs. The one game in the condo is missing a piece. Cleanliness of the condo is only a bit above average. The pool is clean. The condo lacks any shower bar or pool handrail and so did not accommodate the couple in our party in their 80's. We enjoyed the stay, but we expected more for the premium price.

5108 Gulf Blvd #A - Fantastic stay with the fam!

This is our 5th year staying at SPI rentals and I will say it was one of the best trips! We have a family of 9, including a newborh and the home is just so spacious...we could have had more family members join comfortably! The home was in perfect condition and clean, wasn't trashed out and didn't look like it was in poor condition, as many rentals do. I also loved and appreciated that this particular home offered their garage space to us for storage and to park! This is huge and the other home we normally stay in a couple of doors down doesn't offer this feature anymore...it makes a huge difference getting in and out of the car/storage for beach gear! Wonderful stay and will be back with family and friends later this year! Oh, and the staff is extremely helpful and super nice!! Great job guys and thank you! The Bramson family

Lovely Property

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sun—Thursday. Therefore, we weren’t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.
