Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5108A is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

Every stay at 5108A Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

The process of booking, check in & checkout was easy. Staff were friendly & helpful. The house was lovely-nicely decorated, very nice amenities. I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldnโ€™t ask for a better experience.

Wonderful beach house for entire family

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of usโ€ฆgrandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Nice house & view

The house is Beautiful! The view is amazing & the pool & hot tub are great. However, When we arrived the Master hurricane shutter was closed to the balcony & would not open. We were unable to use the balcony for 2 days until it was fixed. That was a little disappointing & something we thought should have been noticed before we checked in.

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.

Great Place Great Location

Exactly as described. Close to many shops bars restaurants if you donโ€™t mind walking. The Island shuttle bus is always available. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day. Right next to the beach for daily walks. Nice size grill to cook dinner for several people. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again. Great place. Love SPI.

We saw all the comments were excellent but that the last review said the house needed some appliance attention. While we were there they installed a brand new Viking microwave and refrigerator. The living room was also freshly painted. The house is great.

Nice Property but had a Couple of Issues

The property itself was great. On the beach, perfect location, nice back deck, and so close to the beach bar. Lots of stuff to walk to. Very minimal amenities were provided. Prepare to go shopping when you get there. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Sand all over the bottom and found a shoe in the drain. All this would have been ok however there was a storm. The bottom level and top master bedroom flooded and all they did was give us extra towels to mop up the floors which made the place look disgusting and dirty. Also, the wind blew off a gutter which fell on the back patio and we had to call because it left another part of the roof loose and shaking in the wind so it was no longer safe to use the back patio, pool/hottub.

Lovely Property

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sunโ€”Thursday. Therefore, we werenโ€™t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.

Rain Delay to 2022

At the price we expected to be able to provide positive reviews. The unit was in fact above our high expectations. We have agreed to rent this same unit for our 25th straight family vacay. PS the LOCAL TAXATION RATES ARE ABSURDLY HIGH.
