This beautiful townhome boasts spanish saltillo tile throughout with and open concept kitchen and living room for the family to enjoy. A quaint and perfect patio ready for backyard BBQ. This townhome has two balconies to enjoy the coastal views.

3 cozy bedrooms across two floors with Smart TVs throughout for whole home entertainment. Complimentary WiFi and washer/dryer.

Local coffee shops, grocery store, golf cart rentals, and souvenir store all within a short walking distance from this townhome!

Parking: 1 compact vehicle may fit in the garage and 2 additional vehicles can find parking on the driveway. Street parking along Gulf Blvd may be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

This place was exactly as posted plus more . Very clean , great location and so close to everything. The refrigerator was not cooling and it was replaced the next day with a small mini fridge until the new fridge was replaced. Due to the inconvenience they offered for us to stay another night with no extra cost . My family and I will definitely book this again.

The property is very beautiful and really close to the beach which is a plus. Only downside was the cleanliness of some of the amenities and a few of the appliances didn't work. Other than that my friends and I had a great time.

Beautiful condo just a short walk to the beach. Melody was great and attentive and really quick to respond! Really enjoyed our stay!

Very close to the beach. Property manager was always quick to reply to any questions I had. There were a few hiccups, but all were resolved quickly.
