「Damp, damp, damp. The room was damp and the only solution was run the a/c at 68% and freeze. Even after getting a humidifier it was still damp. Floor was wet and the bed felt moist. I would not recommend this until they do something about the A/C.」

「Overall, we had a good stay at Sand Rose. The pool and amenities were great, and we really enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant. The housekeeping staff was also excellent and did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was with our original room. There was visible mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was leaking water. 「Our first impression of the property was that it was really clean and well maintained. Upon arrival to our room we found that the mini fridge had not been cleaned out so we were a bit bothered by that. Ultimately, we decided that was an honest oversight and we had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend and hope to stay there again on our next trip to SPI.」

「Had a lovely stay, only thing I would say is woke up to the cleaning lady literally next to my Window watching videos or whatever on her phone and the noise from that was what woke me up that morning. Not very pleasant. I wanted to try the pool later that day, but there was leftover garbage from the people the night before that were more like pigs. So that was a no for the pool for me.」
