"This fully functioning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home had everything we needed for our stay. Although there is no AC, we didn’t need it. It gets cool at night and all rooms have ceiling fans. If anything you may need to turn a bit of heat on. Lakeside is the closest town about 5 minutes away, and North Bend/Coos Bay about 15-20 minutes away. "

"Nice location on 101 if heading North or South on the coast. The person at the front desk was cool. She was very funny and very helpful."

"Checked in for 2 separate nights. The first room was a double queen suite that is upstairs. Only stair accessible. We traveled very late and checked in to our room around 11:30 pm. Outside the room was a pile of dirty sheets and blankets. The tv was not working and also the toilet wouldn’t flush. The large old window faced the street and was soooo loud at night we didn’t sleep. The room needed to be cleaned, the walls were dirty ( had something streaking down the walls.) The second room, as soon as we walked in it stunk like cat pee/ musty smell. A bottom floor room not on the street side. Still super loud outside noises. Went to take a shower in the morning and no hot water. Couldn’t get the sink to turn warm either. The front staff at check in the first night mentioned they were having tv issues and there should be a slight refund for the inconvenience but once we checked out and we asked about it they said the tv issue was fixed so no refund. They also did not seem concerned about the toilet not flushing."

"The property is in a beautiful location. Our room had a nice view of the water and old town. The staff was customer service oriented. When I asked re: restaurants the desk clerk shared the name of her favorite casual dining place. My only negative comment is continental breakfast is very minimal and is "served" Covid style in a brown bag. Overall, this is a very nice property."
