「This true gem is close to 5-7 min from downtown Brookings. My spouse and I booked this great space for a long weekend. 「Cute little property down a rural drive, with ample parking and friendly neighbors. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, and the cookware was high quality. The veiw of the river is beautiful, and in the mornings we got to watch otter playing. The hot tub was great after being out and about all day, and enjoying dinner on the deck. Loved the large windows in the house, The host was very responsive. We had a great time.」

「Excellent for someone with a dog. Very neat and clean. Enjoyed the view. One suggestion! The bed is small and not comfortable. A new mattress would be nice. 」

「Was clean and comfortable. Suited our needs well. Lack of hand rails near sliding door made entry and exit difficult with mobility issues. Light over the outside corner leading to the front doorway would also be more helpful walking up to the door. A dining table would also be nice. 」
