「Overall, the rooms, cleanliness, and food experiences were good and worthwhile. I would have been happier if they had placed an in-person assistant at the check-in desk, because the staff member offered me an already reserved room and didn't seem to care about the guest while working. The guy was speaking with someone else, while working with me was more confused and looked a bit disrespected.」
