「Its high end with great decor and fab spa facilities. Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical. 「Due to a wedding in the property, which we were not warned about (apparently Hotel can't contact Expedia customers), we got very little sleep. Some of the wedding guests decided to have their own party/social event between 2:30 AM - 5:30 AM meaning we got virtually no sleep. Rang reception to inform them of the noise at 3.45am. 「The main hotel is nice, staff very helpful. Comfortable bed. Rooms and bathrooms are dated. There’s shampoo, conditioner and body wash-nothing more. My room (404) was incredibly hot, there’s no AC which surprised me, and i couldnt leave the windows open as area outside my bathroom is where pigeons perched and make a racket.. so I didnt have a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t pay full price for this hotel.」
