The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. 「マケナサーフには何度も滞在しており大好きなコンドミニアムです。リッチ、景色、全て大好きなのですが、今回は残念なことがいくつかありました。到着日にリビングに靴下が一足おちていました。床を掃除していたら絶対にわかるはずです。メモを書いて置いておいたら翌日は無くなっていましたが、、7泊の内の1日お掃除がされていなかったので電話したら既に掃除済みですといわれました。タオルも無くなっていたので来ていただきました。元々シャトルサービスがあることを知っていたし以前に利用もしていましたが、チェックイン時に案内がなかったです。テキストサービスを始めたと説明されたのでシャトルサービスの電話番号をショートメールで問い合わせしましたが結局返事がきませんでした。細かいことですが、食洗機の洗剤、キッチンタオルなど毎回メモを置かないと補充されませんでした。管理がかわったのでしょうか？ちょっと残念でした。」
