The location was close to the casinos, dinning and some shopping. The beds were comfortable, but for $300 a night the conditions were bleak. The curtains are basic mini blinds, so not room darkening. The fridge wasn’t on or didn’t work so our food spoiled. There is no 24/7 staff. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee was burnt and watered down.

Real close to everything. Outdated hotel, room served its purpose but no outlets by bedside and one outlet was so old it wouldn’t hold my charger. Not the cleanest hotel but you’re paying for location. Parking is $10 per night. Continental breakfast is just simple bagels, cereal, muffins, bananas, etc. staff was very nice. Interior needs a lot of upgrades/renovation.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Was going to a concert at the Amphitheater and wanted to stay within a mile so I could walk, This was perfect. The room was nice and bed, very comfortable. Shower head was high up for tall people and the stay was wonderful.

Hotel was okay. The door knob was not working and did not lock properly leaving the door open. The lighting fixtures were not working properly and the room was not well lit. The carpet was dirty and uneven, as if it was not installed properly, bulging up in some areas of the room.

The good things were the location, the beds and the showers. The bad things were that the building wasn’t clean. Our room was vacuumed but not along the edges. One of the bed lights had no bulb in it and wasn’t working altogether. The elevator was small and you had to wait a long time before it came. The cleaning crew was understaffed and the hallway in front of our room was clogged with carts with dirty bedding. The staff was nice and apologetic but this couldn’t take away our disappointment. We didn’t like the rustic theme either.

Loved they allowed early check in and thank you! Also very close to shopping and concert hall big plus!!! Unfortunately ice box was very dirty. Everything was okay! Would stay here again.

Price hike due to being in "shopping district", numerous added fees/taxes. Noisy ringing from other AC units, thin walls. Funny old smell got better after running air for awhile. Dont go to the closest beach though its $30 per person. Go to Nevada beach its only $12 per car.

We did not stay. After waiting over 20 min for a front desk person to show up and check us in. This was at 4:00, check in time and there were numerous guests waiting. We went to our room where the toilet had overflowed into the bathroom and onto the carpet in the room. We went back to the front desk and there was nobody there again. We looked around and found her and asked to check out.

For an older hotel, we had a great stay. Staff was accommodating. I like that it had a pool table and snacks and coffee in the breakfast area. The swimming pool was also a great find. The price was good for that area and prefer smaller hotels, with convenient parking. This was not the Ritz… but perfect for our trip.

Our biggest complaint was the dirty room. I mean DIRTY! I slept on top of the sheets with my personal beach towel over my pillow. Absolutely nasty. The gross, stained, outdated carpets need to be ripped out. I could not wait to get home and shower. Maybe put a dust rag to the filthy wooden blinds also. We will never stay here again.

I was charged for three nights while I only booked and stayed for 2 nights. July 9-July 11, 2025. Because it has now been 2weeks since I reported it to the inn and have not been refunded after 2 phone calls and 1 email I will report this to my credit card and Expedia today. Because I stayed during a very popular celebrity golf tournament the rates were doubled during this time. Would expect better service and a quick fix as it is an extremely easy mistake to fix. Will not be staying here again.

Overall experience was very good. Near lake tahoe I dont think there are very modern facilities in CA side. This is an old building but the rooms are well maintained. One small tight Elevator. Parking is tight for big cars if you want shaded garage spaces. but open parking is also available. Rooms are Big and spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
