SHOOTING STAR CHALET @ HEAVENLY SKI MOUNTAIN

This is not "NEAR" Heavenly Valley, this "IS" Heavenly Valley. An easy walk , and 30 seconds drive to The Parking Lot of Heavenly’s Tram.
Big windows to view GunBarrel and The Sierras.
Just a few houses in this quite Area with top rated neighborhood restaurants and bars.
5 mins to Lake, Casinos, Movies, Shopping, more restaurants.
A pleasant walk around the corner reveals a spectacular panorama of the lake.
Hot tub under the stars!

One time dog fee depending on breed and number $50-$150

The space
On the top floor there are three bedrooms, two baths, living room with fire place, dinning room, kitchen, and large sunny deck with BBQ.
On the lower floor is the 4th bedroom. Actually it is a studio with a kitchenette and full bath. The studio has its own entrance. It is included in the rental of the house.
All beds are comfortable with fluffy down comforters and pillows.

The entire house including the “Cowboy Studio “ . The Studio is below the main house with private entrance.

Other things to note
The 4th bedroom is the Cowboy Studio. It has its own entrance from outside. Good for teenagers or late nighters.
