With its excellent location, you will be swimming at El Dorado Beach or at the Heavenly California Ski Lodge in under 10 minutes. Numerous hiking and mountain bicycling trail access points can be found just seconds away in the neighborhood. After a day full of adventure, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace and a movie while serving up delicious family meals or BBQ’ing on the deck. This cozy mountain escape is perfect for your next family adventure in South Lake Tahoe.

About the Area:
Located just off of Pioneer Trail, this home sits in a quiet neighborhood that is nestled between Cold Creek and Trout Creek. Several popular trailheads are located in the area, with access to hiking and mountain bicycling at all levels. Popular restaurants can be found within a 10-minute drive at both the ‘Y’ where HWY 50 and Emerald Bay Rd. meet and at Stateline - where you can also try your luck at one of many casinos. Stateline is also home to many year-round attractions, family activities, and shopping. The Heavenly Gondola operates year-round for access to skiing and summer mountain activities like zip lining and an on-mountain roller coaster. Several popular beaches are all within a 15-minute drive, including Pope Beach, El Dorado Beach ( with a great summer music series ), and Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach.

The house is nice and big. There are plenty of beds for everyone, but they are full size beds and the mattresses dip into the middle. There are 3 places to sit outside, however 2 of the areas have dirty seat cushions. There’s a game room and Roku tv access. The neighbors across the street did not keep to the quiet hours. Overall, the house is nice and location is great.
