「i was allocated a room in an building seperate to the main hotel - located at the end of the lane. There is no lighting on the lane, after my evening meal in the hotel i had to navigate back to my room down a dark lane, full of potholes / puddles using only the torch on my mobile phone. 」

「Stayed for 2 nights. Just perfect. Breakfast perfect. Main meals perfect. Staff perfect. Room was just fabulously perfect. The uneven floors were beautful and the effort made to keep it looking old is to be applauded. The doors were awesome. We find somewhere like this every year around this time for our birthdays and anniversary. Always somewhere with history and central to exploring. 「dartmoorを観光する為に２日間泊まりました。私たちがこのホテルに泊まるのは９年ぶり二度目の滞在になります。以前は施設等全体的に清潔ではあっても古めなホテルという印象でしたが、今回泊まると室内とバスルームや食堂がずいぶんお洒落になっていて驚きました。スタッフも皆さん親切でフレンドリー、朝食は別料金になりますがとてもおいしいのでぜひ食べてみることをおすすめします。９年前は霧と雨で窓からは何も見ることができなかったのですが、今回は良いお天気で、窓からPlymouthの町が一望できて最高でした。」

Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks.
