"We really enjoyed the large comfortable spa room. The hospitality coming and going was spot on! Walking distance to everything to do in South Haven, including the beaches! The housemade breakfast was so relaxing and tasty. We will definitely look to stay there again when we return. "
"Elevator not working while we attended . Bathroom shower has awful water stream Hardly any water pressure Needs new mattresses Bed skirt was worn good location "
"This motel is exactly what one needs for an economical, last minute, one night stay. It is clean, has the basics, nothing special, a feel of a traditional ‘motor lodge.’ It’s great to have a low cost option that is clean and offers a good night sleep after a day on the lake and an evening in a charming lake town. I appreciate these types of places when they’re clean and friendly. "

"We only stayed for one night for my husband’s birthday and wished we could stay longer. Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, lake. A lot of restaurants are short staffed, so try to be patient. Super convenient Biggby location right there. Staff was friendly and informative. Clean rooms, vending machines onsite, books and games in the lobby. I guess my only disappointment was that the balcony was not private, it was just a standard long balcony for all rooms, not separated in any way. You had to leave your room to access the balcony. "
"This feels like you are back in time ,, good and bad . The front desk was very nice.
Beds are comfortable but if at all claustrophobic,, this is not for you .."
"The amenities were adequate, breakfast was ample, readily available, with a very good selection (Waffles, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, fresh fruits, and more. The bed was comfortable, lighting was sufficient, and temperature controls worked as needed. There were other amenities which we did not need or use, such as a laundry area, vending machines, pool, and lounging area near lobby. Adding benches or chairs outside entrances/exits would be nice to have a place to sit, smoke, use phones etc. This was a last-minute reservation, and we were welcomed in with pleasantries by the check in staff. We did not really have further staff interactions, but I believe the would have been equally pleasant and welcoming."
Located in the heart of Downtown, just a few minute walk to South Beach.
10/10 Excellent
"Me and my wife had a great time at the Nest. It was a great location and right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the downtown area for shopping and local food places as well as out the back door to the Jazz Fest. The space was more than enough for us and was well kept. We didn’t want for anything. Very nice, neat and clean and super cozy. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves on our annual trip to South Haven. "
The Blue Oasis is located in the heart of downtown South Haven with water views.
