「We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a fantastic location. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard and taking advantage of all the great amenities. Eric was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again!」

「Clean, well-appointed, quaint, pet-friendly home centrally located in a great area for driving to Harding's Beach and downtown Chatham.」

「This is a beautiful home convenient to town and beach. It does not have 4 bedrooms - it does sleep 8」

「Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again」

「This was my 11th summer renting a home in the Dennis/Chatham/Harwich area for a work trip on which, this year, I was also fortunate to include my family. As we all know, prices for property peak season have grown near an unaffordable level, but I would say given our experience, @ this price-point, this was near the bottom of values of my stays. This home is located in a convenient area less than an 8-10 min drive from mult beaches and downtown Harwich. The owner was very receptive to messages....

「Excellent location. Central to many things. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Very clean. Only complain is staining of the furniture, which probably could use some work, but everything else is great」

「Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!」

「Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.」

「Great location. Spacious house.」

「Our family loves this charming cottage and its close proximity to town! Charming in style and comfortable to relax with a book! Thanks for sharing your piece of Cape Cod!」

「Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. 」

「House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.」

「The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!」

「Great location! Amazing hosts, very responsive. Property was perfect for our pup and home was a perfect set up for a family get away. So clean and inviting! Highly recommend!!」

「This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!」

「This cape property is a secluded little spot with lots of indoor space and a nice sunny deck outside. Julie was very helpful and accommodating, and her extra touches like plenty of additional sheets, blanket, and Bath and beach towels were extremely helpful.」
