We had a great time in Chatham. The house was lovely and clean. The manager responded quickly to our questions and accommodated us with an early check in and a late checkout. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely sprawling home with plenty of space for a crowd to linger and cozy bedrooms. I only wish my entire family were staying, and we could utilize all the amenities it had to offer. The grounds were also lovely with a large deck surrounding. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house. Close to beautiful downtown Chatham and fun beaches. House was in great condition and plenty big enough for our house of 6 adults (parents and 4 teenage/20s kids). Highly recommend this house and the owners were very easy to contact and work with.

Pam was so fantastic - her home was wonderfully homey, clean and an extremely convenient. It’s located close to hotels nearby and in a super friendly, safe neighborhood. I’d absolutely come back to stay for another trip to Cape Cod!

Spacious and well-appointed

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Chatham. The location was perfect—quiet, scenic, yet close to everything. The house was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the peaceful back porch and garden—perfect for relaxing mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, Comfortable, and Welcoming Home!

First, the home is so much more than the pictures show! There is so much room! Everyone in our group was able to find a quiet space during the day when necessary. Beds and bedding were sooo comfie. The kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each day and eating in the bright, airy dining area. Our hosts were *top notch*. We stayed in winter and it had snowed prior to our stay. Our hosts made sure to clear a path and prep the walk so it would be safe. And, it snowed and rained while we were there. Again, our hosts were there to clear the driveway and walk! Communication With our hosts was excellent. Although the main areas of the house were clean and welcoming, some of the areas in the kitchen were a little dusty (construction dust mayhaps?) and we had to wipe off dishes and pans every now and again.

Chatham getaway with family

We stayed here for my mom's 70th birthday celebration, as Chatham is her favorite place in the world! The house met our needs and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The listing states it sleeps 10 but it's really better suited for 8, as one pullout is in the bright sunroom. My brother, wife, and 2 small kids ended up sleeping together in a king bed. The beds were VERY comfortable though!!! Even the pullout beds upstairs! The listing said it's renovated and some of it is,. but there were definite signs of wear as the kitchen table was very wobbly and some furniture was stained. The backyard and deck are great! Overall, we made great memories there and we would visit again! butbukiwvesttogether!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the residence. The space was accommodating for our family (two adults, two kids age 3 and 6 months). We loved spending time in the sun room and the bonus room upstairs. As parents of an infant, the crib in the main bedroom was a nice touch. As far as constructive feedback, the house could use a sharp knife, the ice machine didn’t seem to be dispensing out of the fridge and the some of the furniture in the sunroom is probably overdue for a deep clean. We thought it was good value for a fun week on the Cape.

Perfect!

Exceeded our expectations ! The house is larger and more spacious than the photos show. We loved staying and look forward to booking again! The host was super helpful and responsive! We also appreciated the simplicity of our visit- we weren’t asked to provide our own linens or towels, ( which we’ve experienced in other VRBOs, and check out did not include a list of chores to perform, just drop trash in the barrel. Beautiful outdoor space as well. You’ll want to return to this place!

Great house and size. plenty of room for 2 couples and a single. wonderful sunroom and deck. Cons are the king main level closet did not have a rod for hanging suit, gown, etc. No bureau for clothes either. Didn't have face cloths.

Cape Cod stay

It was our first trip to Cape Cod. There were 8 of us and this home was perfect. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. The home is lovely and there was plenty of space for seven adults and one child. I would highly recommend this home if you are planning to stay in Chatham.
