「It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. 「We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. 「This was our fourth or fifth time staying at Jim’s place. We are repeat guests for a reason. As always the house was awesome. We celebrated our anniversary spending time in Thomas and Davis, frequently at the Billy Motel and Purple Fiddle. When we were at home we had a fire going constantly. The ambience is awesome. It snowed A LOT our last night and I thought we’d be in trouble. Jim had a plow truck come out that morning and cleared the driveway for us. As always, thanks Jim! 」
