"One night stay and it was quitw good. The bed was comfy the shower was great. The whole place is very new hip and fresh. Only downside is the staff at reception and restaurant. Everything takes absolute ages! Maybe they're understaffed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Loved staying at the Copthorne Hotel. Looks dreadful from the outside but beautiful inside. Staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend upgrading to a Club Room, well worth the extra. Happy to return to this hotel."

The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep.
