「The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees. 」

「This was a great place to stay while our son completed his orientation at OSU. The college was just a few minutes away by car. Way better than a hotel! This would be a great property for a few families visiting their kids at college for a football game or family weekend. 「Place was fine! We were a bit nervous about touching anything because of the renters agreement, so we didn't likely use to full potential. It was hot and used fans, was concerned about adjusting AC because of the plants. Main thing really problematic was the parking. It came with it but the parking wasnt a great and clear-cut situation」
