「The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees. 」

「Casa on High is high on “vibe” and “character”, but dismally low on practicality. Owners would benefit from less attention to décor and more to function. This accommodation is best suited for young people traveling with backpacks or duffle bags that can be thrown on the floor, as there are no dressers, tables etc on which to put luggage, and the large mirrored closet that is shown in the Expedia listing in one of the bedrooms is LOCKED…when I questioned it, I was informed it is only there for...
