「Stayed week after Christmas--holiday decor and Christmas tree were a perfect touch. Lack of access to local broadcast TV networks on at least one of the Roku TVs is a problem--consider an antenna for local broadcasts. 」

「Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!」

「Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail.
