We called 4 times and they never answered. A guest saw us and told us we had to go across the street to another hotel to check in. I went in and no one was there either! We almost left, and then she walked in. The poor girl was the only one the owners had working at all 3 hotels. They need more employees and clear information about how...

「Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler.」
