「What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. 」

「コロラドにある歴史的なホテルの一つでコンパクトにまとまっていて、且つとても綺麗な感じに好感も持てました。朝食も素晴らしかったです。」

「客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。 昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。 一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。」
