Great escape
"My son and I were in town for a fishing tournament on Kerr Lake. The property was perfect for us. It is definitely off the beaten path, but we loved it. Couldn't use the dock because the water was too high in the lake, but we loved it."

Small town, never grew, No work. Visit and leave like I did. Nothing to do.
