"Planned as stopover in Doha on route to SE Asia. Cancelled the booking well over a month beforehand due to the war in the Middle East - we were rerouted to Kuala Lumpa to avoid the conflict but hotel refused to refund the cost despite government advice not to travel to the region and plenty of notice. Not really the action of a 5 start hotel. All other bookings we made for this trip were incredibly accommodating."

"I have stayed in Radison blu hotel several time the staffs are really friendly and helpful. But they have bathrobe as it said on the app not sufficient toiletries, no toothpaste and toothbrush like other hotels have all these. Overall average hotel it doesn’t seems 5 or 4 star hotel"

"I was staying at the hotel during Ramadan, so lunch wasn’t available at the hotel. I ordered a cheeseburger through room service that cost about $15 USD, but it didn’t have any cheese at all, and the beef patty was so overcooked that it was burnt. I ate about half of it, but it was so bitter that I ended up throwing the rest away."

"We had a lovely stay, we had no idea that there was a series of five or six different hotel buildings in this area that they assign you to. But they were also so nice. They even upgraded us to a very large room. It was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing."
