The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. The hotel was also in an excellent location for airport and walking to the Souk Waqif, incredible museums, Corniche and hop on and hop off bus.

I had a wonderful stay at Shaza hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they provided great tips on nearby attractions, including the local museum, the Souq, and several other interesting places worth exploring. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
