Aivan mahtava kokemus

Siis aivan mahtava paikka!! Lyhyellä varoitusajalla lähdimme matkaan ja kohteeksi valikoitui Vuokatti ja siellä Vuokatti Hotellin Chalets asunto. Siis aivan mahtava yllätys! Asunto erittäin siisti. Polkupylrät sai napata alle pihasta ja mitä vielä aivan uoea sauna osasto uima altaineen(kesä) Muutaman edellisen yöpyjän kanssa olen aamuoalasta eri mieltä. Meillä oki aivan huippu aamiainen ja kaikki oli lämmintä ja puhienosti esillelaitettuna. Lämpimät suositukset tälle kohteelle.

Vuokatti Suites muuttunut rauhattomaksi paikaksi!

Useana kesänä Vuokatti suitesissa majoittuneena perheenä haluamme antaa rakentavan palautteen. Aamupala oli ensimmäisenä aamuna myöhässä ja ns lämpimät ruuat olivat kylmiä jo klo 08.10, ilmeisesti lämpöhaude oli unohtunut pois päältä. Aikaisemmat wow tuntemukset paikanpäällä leivotuista tuotteista olivat poissa. Aamupala oli pettymys! Huoneisto oli nyt levoton ja meluisa. Ikkunan ulkopuolella kuntalla juoksenteli lapsia ja myös hotellin käytävillä juostiin , sekä hypittiin pitkin yötä. Aikaisemmin koettu rauhallinen majoitus oli muuttunut biletyspaikaksi. Ilmeisesti tapahtunut fuusio toisen Sotkamolaisen Hotellin kanssa on ajanut tason alas ja sopimattomaksi lapsiperheen majoittua. Harmi sillä paikka oli todella mukava aikaisimpina vuosina!? Joten terveiset Kallelle, että Kuopiolaiset miettivät ensi kesänä rauhallisempaa paikkaa Sotkamossa Kilpailijalta.

Hyvä kokemus kuitenkin parin huomion kera

Asunto oli siisti ja palveluitakin näytti löytyvän resortista hyvin. Minigolf, panoraamasauna ja uima-allas sekä kuntosali kuuluivat maksuttomiin, näiden lisäksi oli mm. polkupyörien ja biljardipöydän vuokrausta tarjolla. Asunto oli varsin toimiva ja sängyt myös mukavia, ovikoodin käyttö kätevää. K-Supermarket sijaitsee 750 m päässä josta saa tarvittaessa täydennystä eväisiin. Ranta ei ollut liian houkuttelevan näköinen (hiekkaa ei oltu kovinkaan hyvin tasoitettu) mutta laiturilta kiva näkymä Nuasjärvelle. Uimassa emme käyneet. Saunallisen asuntomme parvekkeella ei saanut grillata. Tästä ei tiedetty etukäteen emmekä huomanneet sitä erikseen kysyä mutta meille tultiin siitä sanomaan (palohälyttimen hälytyksestä olisi tullut meille iso lasku). Asunnon saunaa sai käyttää maksimissaan 2 h / vrk (lämmitys mukaanlukien). Ihan riittävä aika sisänsä, mutta syytä huomioida jos esim. käy kahdesti päivässä saunassa niin jää kerralle vain n. 0,5 h kun lämmitykseen menee saman verran aikaa. Uima-altaalle/yleiselle saunalle mennessä joutuu kiertämään parkkialueiden kautta. 1. kerroksen asunnossamme oli osittainen järvinäköala, mutta ikävästi parvekkeella osui istuessa 'palkki' tuohon näkymän eteen. Kierrätyspisteistä näytti puuttuvan biojäte-, pahvin- sekä muovinkeräysastiat tai sitten emme niitä vain löytäneet. Pieniähän nämä, mutta pienillä muutoksilla / etukäteisinformaatiolla olisi myös tullut parannusta muutoin hyvään kokemukseemme.

Laadukas huoneisto

Huoneistomme oli erittäin siisti ja modernisti sisustettu, saunallinen ja kahdella makuuhuoneella. Kaikki tarvittava keittiövälineistö löytyi. Testasimme myös hotellin aamiaisen ja se oli hyvä. Sijainti on erinomainen hiihtäjille; ladut moneen suuntaan. Ainoa miinus oli käynti Suite 2:sta avantoaltaalle; allas oli aivan huoneiston vieressä, mutta suoraa polkua ei ollut ja piti kiertää hotellin kautta.

Hieno huoneisto ja monenlaista touhua ihan pihapiirissä. Loistavaa asiakasvalvelua respassa! Uima-altaalla olisi hyvä olla tieto veden syvyydestä. Arvokas viikonloppu mutta kaikinpuolin loistava loma!
