Step outside onto the private rooftop terrace and take in the views of the strip while enjoying a drink or a meal at the outdoor dining table. There is also a BBQ grill available for your use.
The penthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of the strip, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The beautiful beaches of Sosua are just a short drive away, making this the perfect vacation spot for beach lovers. You may not need to rent a car, as the penthouse is located in the center of everything.
The building has excellent security, including security gates that open with a fob, providing guests with peace of mind during their stay. The building also has a backup generator for reliable power, this penthouse is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sosua.
Guest Access:
Since we are located in the most famous area of Sosua, there will never be a fixed parking. It is an area where there is a lot of movement of vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs lining the street continue on late into the night. Live music is usually on the menu at least once a week, including variations of rock and blues at a number of expat-owned establishments.
Getting Around:
Free parking is available in the street. No need to rent a car, the penthouse is located in the center of town.

ELECTRICITY INFORMATION! (IMPORTANT) (ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED)
MUST PAY 100 USD AT YOUR ARRIVAL TIME FOR ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT
(18 RDS/kW or 0.36 USD/kW) When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the ARRIVAL TIME.
THE DIFFERENCE NOT CONSUMED IS REFUNDED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $30 for arrivals between 9:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
