ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
There is a fully detached private 1-bedroom cottage with a full kitchen & bathroom on the property which allows you to reserve this entire spacious property as 3-bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens – accommodating 4 extra guests at an additional cost per night. Renting the villa and cottage together accommodates 8 guests. The 1-bedroom cottage has also undergone a makeover similar to the villa. To add the 1-bedroom cottage to your reservation, contact the host for availability prior to reserving the 2-bedroom villa.

MANDATORY FEES:
• Additional charges for electricity (7+ night stay) based on usage (must be paid upon check-out - in cash only)
• $50US cleaning service charge per stay
