"Amazing stay !!! We will come back for sure"

"The property is visually appealing and well located; however, our stay did not align with expectations for a home at this price tier.Check-in was unnecessarily complicated, as the entrance key was not in the lockbox specified in the instructions. We were required to contact the host and were redirected to a separate lockbox at a different location, which diminished the convenience typically associated with instant booking. Throughout the stay, we found ourselves reaching out regarding matters that ideally would have been resolved prior to guest arrival.We prepaid for the heated pool expecting it to be clean and operational upon arrival, yet it was covered in green algae and unusable during our stay, appearing to be serviced only on our departure day. The pool and jacuzzi were also not heated despite the additional fee. Communication surrounding house rules felt overly restrictive, including an immediate message regarding indoor TV music volume, which detracted from the sense of privacy expected in a luxury rental.While the home itself is beautiful, luxury hospitality ultimately depends on preparation and execution, and we would have appreciated amenities being fully ready to match what was advertised and paid for."

"Our stay on Winding Way was magical. The home has so much to offer that you will never want to leave. We enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor grill to cook many meals, the pool and jacuzzi, sport court, workout room, and even had a movie night in the theater. The views are spectacular for sunrise and sunset. The home is also conveniently located to many amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. We appreciated the easy communication, warm welcome, and attention to all details to make our stay as perfect as it was."

"This condo was not very clean and had a bad odor to it that wouldn’t go away. The key to the gas fire place was missing so we couldn’t use it. The linens could use a refresh. For the price I would not recommend staying here. The location on the beach was nice but the place needs some TLC."

"We have stayed in Malibu many times and enjoyed it.This time, not so much.The place was a little run down and not as clean as we'd have liked it.The worst of all was the construction right next door that we were NEVER told about.Not Happy!"

"We chose this home largely due to there being a bedroom & full bathroom on the ground level of the home, as we were celebrating my mother in laws 84th birthday and didn’t want her to have to climb many stairs. The home was well kept & beautifully decorated with different art pieces & decor that we really enjoyed. There is a “music room” where they so graciously allow guests to use their piano & guitars. There was also a little table in there where we played chess while others attempted to explore their inner musician. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed, the grill is hooked to the gas for the house (so no need to worry about running out of propane), and the wine chiller & wet bar were well stocked! We enjoyed a bottle of their wine & replaced it with one of ours. The large TV’s are ready to go with Disney & Netflix, with guest accounts available for use. This was great in the evening for some chill time for the younger kids that were tired from a full day. The view is simply beautiful and AMAZING! There is a large main level deck with plenty of seating, and a second level deck accessible from the master & 2nd master. I cannot emphasize the views you have at this home. The beach was perfect and sandy and we spent hours enjoying it. We went out early in the morning during low tide to check out the tide pools, which was fun as well. We would love to go back again!! "
