The Pierside Santa Monica
The beds were uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back every morning and I’m not even that picky. Fairmont Miramar Hotel
I have stayed at many Fairmont properties, and they are usually "best in class." The Miramar Hotel is not. It is tired, run down and felt very old. It was also dirty and the elevators didn't work for long periods of time. Bad stay.

Good Nite Inn - Calabasas
Clean Room Knowledgeable and polite staff. Easy check in and check out. The parking lot can get full and parking can become close to the next car but besides that the place is great. I did not use the pool. It looks great but I did not have time to use it.
