"Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The property and rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The service is outstanding! Everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. Brook, Iris, Kara, Olivia and our man, Tybie. It was our 30th anniversary and we couldn't have planned it any better. They made us feel special. The Rochester is perfectly situated one block from Main Street. We were impressed by all of the restaurants, as the service and food were exceptional. Free parking next to the hotel. Durango is a special place to visit. "

"Clean overall building snd grounds, tasty available warm cookies and fruited water to welcome afternoon/evening returns! Staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was cleaned very well. Appreciate the tasteful Halloween decorations! Very festive! Lobby coffee was very weak on last day of stay (Wednesday), every single caraff container! Room’s bathroom needs vent fan. "

"We enjoyed being right downtown and able to dine & shop without retrieving our car to go places. The space was clean. We had everything we needed. I appreciated having coffee to get us started as we arrived late. The bathroom was great and met a woman's needs. Mirrors, blow dryer and nice vanity. We would stay again. "
