"Room smelled old and Dusty. I paid for a room with a queen and a single. I got a supposed upgrade to one room with a queen. Was not happy. The bed was concave. The water pressure in the shower was awful. I had to jump up and down just to get wet. The hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms are not worth a night's stay. "

"Great location and property. We opted for a non balcony room so we were on the street/highway facing side. There were trucks and a bit of traffic noise. We’ll select a river facing room next time. "

"I skipped the breakfast. The room was very clean. Best location in Durango. Next to a bagel shop and train starion, two blocks from great coffee shop. Easy walk to Las Animas river and park. Deer roam the town, so beware if you are driving. Price was very reasonable. Kudos!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I normally don't bother to write reviews but this place was better than expected. Really can't find anything negative about it. If you're traveling with 2 couples or 2 people that want separate rooms, this is perfect as the rooms each have their own bathroom and are very similar in size. Great location, great balcony, very comfortable. Great staff. You get the idea."
