"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"we absolutely loved our stay. The house was lovely ,spacious, great pool and well appointed. We had great communication with Mel. We had a fabulous time with our chef Thomas !!!! Highly recommend him as he cooked us all dinner 1 night and then came back and gave us a pasta cooking class, which we ate. All of us (7) participated. "

"From the moment of our arrival to when we left the Villa, Miriam was so friendly, helpful and informative about the many amazing places near us. We had the perfect mix of busy days exploring Orvieto, Cetona, Montipulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. etc. and some lazy days by the pool.
