「The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

「Great location, walking distance to downtown Napa, Oxbow, etc.. Beds were super comfortable. Hot tub was a nice touch although we had rain a few days so didn't use it as much as we hoped. The one bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. It is not easy to get in and out of and my husband and I are tall. Not a deal breaker, but something I'd like to know in advance.」

「Very clean and cozy cottage. Quiet and chill vibes. Beautiful setting with the river flowing directly behind the place! The weather was kinda lousy (rainy) so we didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities. But we'd love to come back again in the warmer months. 」

「We had 3 couples (all family) staying and the 3bdr/3bath was perfect for spreading out and staying close. We didn't use the hot tub or pool but both were very clean, and private. We did use the pickleball court that is basically surrounded by wine grapes and had hot air balloons fly over. We used the gathering spaces and conveniently large dining table as well as the well equipped kitchen and grill. We really enjoyed our stay so very much! 」

「Overall, this house is in a great location close to downtown and convenient for getting around. The backyard is a really nice space to hang out and relax.However, there was a noticeable odor throughout the house. The pull-out mattress wasn’t comfortable and made a lot of noise—any movement on it would wake everyone up. Overall, the home works well for about 3–4 people comfortably, but may not be ideal for larger groups」
