The room was kept clean overall. Their showers don’t have doors so water gets everywhere all over the bathroom floor unless you lay a towel down. There’s “air conditioning” in the room but it doesn’t allow you to change the temperature at all. You can drop it a few degrees but it’ll reset back at its default temperature. Overall, it’s a fine place for a cheap stay.

Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used. Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful. I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

The airconditioning has not been maintained and was so noisy it was like sleeping with a motorbike in the same room. Needless to say I didn’t sleep
