「The owner greeted us with hot tea, and gave us an upgrade to river view cabins as they were available for our stay. The food prepared by the family at their restaurant was delicious. Ha had many recommendations, suggestions, and options for us to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Phong Nha」

「Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. 」

They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. 」
