Inside, the home features a modern kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and elegant decor throughout. Please note: quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:30, and non-family groups may be refused by the homeowner. A serene and stylish base for your Ardennes adventure.

A security deposit of EUR 280,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
