「Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

「特にどこがよいというわけではないが、言いかえれば悪いところは全くない。値段も手ごろで、昨年の同じ時期にも宿泊したが、覚えていてくれたのか、丁寧なお手紙が置いてありました。（ちなみに一緒に宿泊した、他の者には有りませんでした。）」

「The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there.」

「Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them.」

「Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.」
