「Perfect for our stay. Nice and easy entry/exit. 」

「The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!」

「Very cute! Comfy beds. Nice deck and back yard. Great quiet area of Brenham.」

「We came here to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday, and I had mentioned that when I made the reservation. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by what Michelle had done. The room was very clean and inviting, and she had a tray on the bed with birthday supplies and treats. It was so sweet of her to go above and beyond what we had expected. She had also supplied our room with extra items that I've never seen anywhere I have stayed before. It made our trip extra special. We will...

The location was fantastic—an easy walk to downtown, which made exploring so convenient. The owners were wonderful to work with: easy to communicate with, responsive, and very accommodating. This was one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in, and we'd absolutely book it again. Highly recommend!」

「The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend if anyone else is looking for a place to stay」

「Great location! House layout nice for privacy between bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked.Would stay again!」

「We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. 」

「I loved that we each had our own bathroom!」
