Great location. Good room, but it only had 1 chair considering it could sleep 6. Shower was very good, but could've had a bath mat as the floor became very slippy when wet. Overall had an excellent stay and would go there again.

The staff was unhelpful when we arrived. I asked for two keys and the room number in a card holder. The desk attendant didn’t show or say which floor and number. I had to back down stairs to ask again. The breakfast was terrible compared to the hot food we had in Manchester.

For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.

Your first impression of the building lets it down, looks very shabby and empty from the road side, Inside is a lot better, comfy bed, good shower plenty of tea coffee milk exc, the tiny sink over the toilet was a bit unusual, only needed a bed for one night so not to bad. Just around the corner for Kirdale Mersy train station.
